Tim O’Brien’s love of the Real Estate Profession began at an early age through attending auction sales with his parents and it has been in his blood ever since. After completing his HSC in 1984, he began his traineeship in Real Estate immediately before opening his business in 1992 with his wife Annette who continues to work with him to this day. Working in the Real Estate Profession has never felt like work to Tim, he feels that everyday is a pleasure and that the real bonus is living in the beautiful Mudgee community. Tim believes that he is truly blessed to be apart of such a friendly, vibrant community in such a beautiful location in the Cudgegong Valley . Tim O’Brien is grateful that his three children, Connie, James and Laura have grown up in the Mudgee area which has so much to offer. Outside of his work, Tim’s interests include model trains (or in fact any trains – just ask his wife, Annette), Antiques and Collectables, woodworking and sports. A perfect day out for Tim would be at the Sydney Cricket Ground with his children and enjoying the atmosphere, drinking, eating too much, telling and listening to all sorts of stories.
Andrew is a Mudgee local with strong community spirit. Peter commenced his career in rural agency in 1979 with the then Elder Smith Goldsborough Mort and spent 14 years with the company in Armidale, Guyra, Goulburn and as branch manager in Bourke and then Mudgee. James joined the First National Mudgee Team in 2016 as a Property Manager completing routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections and associated tasks. Erin is a highly successful individual with a wide range of experience in real estate, law and tax. As a licensed solicitor working in Sydney for an international accounting firm, Erin and her husband Matt a chef, and their daughter Brooklyn decided to move to Mudgee for a much needed tree-change. Mudgee is now home for the whole family! Erin has been a high achiever from the outset, working across different roles at First National. As the Leasing Consultant, she achieved the highest number of leased properties in a month, and received both the NSW and the national Australian Property Manager Rookie of the Year Awards in 2018 for her efforts. As the Senior Leasing Consultant, Erin was responsible for commercial leasing and improving internal processes for handling arrears, tribunal matters and some of the more complicated issues that arise within property management. Erin has also been involved in the day-to-day administration of the office, particularly sales administration and processing, which has given her an all round understanding of sales and property management. Having lived in Mudgee for most of his life, Daniel joined the First National Team in June of 2018 as a Property Manager. Daniel has now been appointed to the role of Sales Coordinator and very capably assists the Sales Team with their administrative needs, employing his fantastic time management and organisational skills. Daniel also provides reception relief for our very busy front office. In his spare time, Daniel enjoys relaxing with family and friends, playing sport and volunteering at the Catholic Church.

With over 20 years’ experience working in the legal industry, Mandy Blackman is an asset to the First National Mudgee office. As Office Administrator, Mandy has brought a wealth of conveyancing knowledge to the role; and as the office ‘all-rounder’, Mandy has successfully used her skills in office and sales administration, trust accounting and property management to provide support for the entire First National Mudgee team!
